How does it work?

You schedule your visit when it's convenient for you, utilizing our online scheduling tool. A care Specialist will call you to confirm and come to your home to complete an assessment.

What ages does Mom’s Choice Mobile Healthcare treat?

We are now seeing the WHOLE family for urgent care needs. We can not treat for chronic illnesses at this time. Please see About us for acute issues we are able to treat.

What is a televist?

Telemedicine is becoming more utilized to reach many in remote areas. We offer this as alternative for house calls. It’s easy and convenient. The copay remains the same and there is no convenience fee! Most issues can be treated this way, call for more details!

What is the fee?

Without insurance, each visit is $125 plus a convenience fee of $25. There are no additional fees for any testing. For private insurance carriers, the cost of each visit will not exceed the cost of your urgent care copay and convenience fee. We will bill the insurance on your behalf for services rendered during a house call.

**Please note, there is a copay charge for EACH patient that we assess, this is required for insurance purposes. There is only ONE convenience fee**

Why do you charge a convenience fee?

At Mom’s Choice Mobile Healthcare, we strive to make care as convenient as possible. Since we are coming to you and treating your family from the comfort of home, this fee covers the cost of driving.

Does Mom's Choice Mobile Healthcare accept insurance?

Yes, we are now accepting all insurance carriers. We are still in the process of becoming an in-network provider and will bill out of network until the process is complete. We are now in network with Humana at this time. Please verify prior to your visit if you have any questions/concerns. You will never be billed above your copay and convenience fee.

What if I am having a true emergency?

Please go to your nearest hospital if your are having a life-threatening emergency or call 911

What kind of testing is done in the home?

We can test for flu, strep, and RSV right in the home. Results will be complete and ready in under 10 minutes. 

Does Mom’s Choice Mobile Healthcare perform labs?

We do not perform labs, but we are excited to partner with Magnolia Diagnostics for any testing that is needed to treat beyond what we can provide in the home.
